The “Forward in Faith for Christ Alone” campaign is not about money or buildings or property. It is about people, and changing their lives for eternity. The strategic steps of this adventure will fulfill His purpose to seek and to save the lost.
Certainly the tools God so often will use include facilities and finances. The heart of the ministry needs a new home. It is our privilege to be the generation of sacrifice and vision for future generations.
Our passion, to make lives better, is grounded in Jesus’ purpose: “I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” (John 10:10 The Message)
Our First Goal is – over the next three years Purchase Property
Estimated Cost: $1 Million
The Next Phase in our strategy will be to rise up and build.
In just seven years, as the LORD leads, we could be lifting up the Name of Christ to many more who will go Higher, Stronger, Deeper and Farther with us.
Immediate Need:
The immediate need before us is securing the property that will become the platform of our future and expanded ministry. Our desire is to be hopeful and responsible. We are mindful that current circumstances require wisdom.
Therefore, the phased approach we foresee will first fund a down payment and guarantee monthly payments on land. God has been gracious to give us glimpses of our “promised land” through the investigation of available parcels. While we have looked at, and even prayed over potential sites, our focus is on land more than location.
We recognize the importance of a tangible goal, yet many steps must be taken before actually securing property. Our target is 15-20 acres, at an estimated cost of one million dollars. Funds raised above that amount will accelerate our progress towards the construction phase.
When the chosen property is purchased, we will be ready to build. What a wonderful time to be a vital part of Cornerstone!
We understand some of you are experiencing difficulties right now. Giving more might not be possible, but money is not the only gift we need. We need your prayers! We need your help in getting the gospel to people within our community. In the future, the LORD might gift you resources so that you can be a part of the miracle.

What a joy it was to have so many who call Cornerstone "home" under one roof.
We had a wonderful meal, participated in joyful worship, and were challenged about our future as a church.

To culminate our 8-week "Hearing from God" Journey, and to launch our "Forward in Faith" Capital Campaign, we gathered at the Church of Glad Tidings on March 30, 2009 for a Celebration Banquet!
